This isn't a complaint but more of a "heads up."If you have problems walking...be prepared. The building does have a "drop-off" at the main door. There's no valet available. Security personnel are nice & polite. There are wheel chairs available but you have to make your own way to the office, which is located on the 2nd floor. Make your way up there, sign in on the tablet & take a seat. Then wait. Then you're called up to a window to check in. Then sit down again. Then, after watching "Murder she wrote" on the TV in the lobby, you'll be called back. Have been a patient since 3 doctors started this clinic at Butterworth Hospital. No complaints until now, 2 physicians retired and one left for personal reasons. I am having the same problems as other negative reviewers. No sedation allowed due to “insurance issues”. I used to be seen every 12 weeks now it is 6 months between appointments, next one is March of next year. I’ve asked to see another physician due to not being happy with the one they assigned me, no response from them.

Dr. Lewis has seen me for about 5 years. I've never felt the need to complain. I've found each person there, Dr's., receptionists, nurses, all to be respectful, caring and willing to work with you. Dr Lewis is a compassionate professional, who is quick to respond to my challenges. And gives great hugs too!
