I recently had a issue with something on the bottom of my shoe. 4 big stains and was heart broken that it was in the high traffic areas. I also didn't know what to use to clean it and not ruin the carpet. I was so excited to see they were all gone!!!! My carpet looks great again. Thank you so much for getting me in to the schedule and helping with this. I love the service and the products they use are top notch! I would give 10 stars if I could. I always recommend to my clients!
AMAZING! They answered the phone, were very responsive, got me scheduled and showed up on time! The carpets look great. They even adjusted for us having a higher humidity home due to a baby, this helped the carpets not take as long to dry. I was a bit frantic when they arrived, but they were on top of things, organized and handled me with grace and humor! Cost of very reasonable. Best part, they left a treat for my dog who had to be kenneled up outside during the cleaning. Gotta love those who love the doggos!
