Brandi and Nichelle are a horrible fit to this salon.
My experience here was so disappointing that I feel it's important to warn others. I went in for new color, and my hair was completely messed up — far from what I asked for. When I reached out to have it corrected, I was met with excuses and zero willingness to make things right, despite the fact that their own salon policy clearly states they will fix mistakes.
Instead of taking accountability, they dismissed my concerns and left me with damaged hair and frustration. A good salon stands by their work and values their clients
— this one clearly does not. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend you take your time, money, and trust somewhere else.

Nightmare salon!! Do not go to!! Bad services and horrible employees. Brandi and Nichelle are the worst!!

I have been here multiple times and I have never had any bad experiences what so ever! I would recommend anyone to attend this salon! They are amazing great staff, great environment. I appreciate them all for what they do. Thank you for your hair services, nails also waxes!

I have been going to this salon for at least 12 years. Very friendly staff. Experienced stylists. Shout out to my stylist Andrea who does an excellent job and to Abbey who takes care of everyone at the front desk. Of course there are others there that should be credited also and they know who they are 😊
