I can not speak more highly of a funeral home or individual.Penny was available late in the evening to assist and guide our family through the process that would take place after our beloved family member passed. During this traumatic and devastating experience, she was able to assist us in picking out all of the appropriate items for our loved ones funeral in a timely, unrushed manner. she did not ‘push’ items on us nor try to ‘sell us’ on what she preferred, instead she assisted our family in understanding the differences between caskets, services, etc. Penny assisted in writing the obituary, obtaining the priest, and had all of the flowers that were purchased...read full review

From the many times I have been here through the different ownerships, I will say this newest staff needs to loosen up. The lady that was directing today's funeral seemed short, rude, and inconvenienced by having to be there. I was not the only one that felt this way. It's a nice establishment and that is the only reason I gave them a 3 rating. The staff needs to work on their people skills.

I don't know what we would have done without Penny and her team. They were always available. We've never had to do this before and they anticipated all our needs and guided us through this process with such care. We are so greatful.
