Very disappointed in the communication and follow thru with care for mom recovering from a surgery at home. Nurses change abruptly with no notice. Just suddenly they become unavailable until someone new pops into the case. Dr. orders never seem to make it to them. You must stay on top of every thing because the office doesn't seem to manage communication to the ever changing staff well. Very difficult to even reach a person as the phones are not regularly staffed well.

When I was hired, I was told I would be paid $14 an hour. My first paycheck issued showed this as well. But, on my next 3 paychecks, I was only receiving $13.50 an hour. I was told this would be fixed. It never was. I was unable to cash any of my checks at a check cashing location (Walmart or Kroger), and was told I had to open a bank account to get paid (to deposit my checks). They refused to do direct deposit. My last check, from over a week ago, was returned to my bank as unplayable. I made multiple attempts at resolving this, but my emails, phone calls and mailed letters went unresolved. You would be hard pressed to find a worse home healthcare agency. Before entering into a contract with them, I asked if they do criminal background checks on the people they send into homes. They didn't. I only had a couple of girls; more than one ended up having a criminal record.I asked about substitutes if my primary person couldn't come. I was told they had subs. They guaranteed I would never be without care, even if they "had to come (themselves)". Instead, I frequently went without care. One time I was SIX WEEKS without a caregiver!
