Waiting on the phone to get an appointment was the hardest part, but once you talk to someone, I got Linda and she was informative and caring. I was told everything to bring and what to expect once I got there. The Hilton office was efficient, clean and the staff of volunteers were Incredible!! Thank God for these people, I don't know what I would have done without them.

I have gone here the past 3 years or so. They are extremely helpful and good at what they do. Since the pandemic it was hard to get an appointment and when I got one I felt very ill-prepared due to the lack of communication. So its just 3 stars since considering its hard to speak to someone before going to your appointment.Otherwise, in my experience they get the job done. Noone is err... overly nice if you will lol but I mean, they're volunteers so at least you get your taxes done by a trustworthy organization at the end of the day. ??‍♀️Last year (1st yr of covid) I did mine over the phone with them and preferred that over the in-person appt this 2nd yr of covid...read full review

I have been coming here since 2012 the best!! I was informed by a friend and once I came it’s been nothing but great service. This year is definitely different since the pandemic so things are a little it slow pace... and harder to reach someone on the phone not sure what’s going on.
