I’ve been going to Kristen at the Retreat for years. I love the salon’s laid back atmosphere and all the stylist professionalism and knowledge of coloring and styling hair. They offer so many services and quality hair and skincare products.

I had my hair cut this evening with Abby. She listened to what I wanted and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. She is also a very personable young lady and I have no hesitation recommending her. I will definitely return!

This was my first time at The Retreat. My hair was dull & dead. I’m a natural blonde & my hair was the darkest it’s ever been. ( almost light brown) I got a cut & color from Alissa & she truly brought my hair back to life. Miracle worker! 10/10 would definitely recommend & I’ll absolutely be back! 😊

I had went to a salon for highlights and wasn’t happy with the results so I figured The Retreat would have stylists with more education. I was referred to Alyssa on Saturday May 10th and we had a great, thorough consultation. But… when she took the towel off my head I was no longer blonde, she took me back to brunette. Which was NOT what we discussed. We did discuss brightening the gold (not completely processed) highlights I walked in with. She knew I wasn’t happy with the results and still continued to make lame excuses of what happened. So on Monday I decided to call & talk with the owner except I got a girl who said she was the manager who was also not very professional and quite rude. She said she would have Alyssa call me after her shift was over. It’s been a week and she still hasn’t reached out. So I am $300 into going blonde and I’m brunette. I wouldn’t recommend this salon/spa for the fact they are unprofessional and rude. And the talent I thought would be there clearly isn’t The only reason there is one star is because you’re required to give at least one.

I have been going to the Retreat Salon for several years now. Riley Williams is the absolute best stylist. She is so knowledgeable and absolutely amazing at what she does! We always have the best time together, and I always look forward to hair days with Riley. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who meets all their hair goals!
