First visit very informative and helpful. The only negative feedback I have at this point was my appointment was twice as long as I was told and be sure to get your paperwork work done before appointment if possible. That also to double the time allotted. I'm looking forward to the help of Painless Chiropractic and Neurology Treatment

Staff was extremely plesant. However they will not take your insurance before youre in person for your apt. So you go in not knowing what charges you'll pay unless you explicitly ask.

Today was my first visit to Painless Chiropractic Clinic in Fenton, and I have to say it was a great experience! My appointment was at 9:00, and there was no waiting at all. The staff was very professional and efficient in entering my patient information and taking my x-rays. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Scott Anderson. He immediately makes you feel comfortable, has an excellent bedside manner, and it’s clear he has many years of experience in his field. I plan to continue my journey toward a healthier back and have complete confidence that with this office and staff, I’ll reach my goals!

I am a truck driver and I spend at list 11 hours a day behind the wheel which is very hard on my back. I had discomfirt in my neck for a while and recent month it got worse, I started to feel pain in my shoulder, it turned out I had a pinched nerve in my neck area. My first visit started with x-rays then next visit I watched short educational video about nervous system and my x rays were explained in clear language. Now I am aware not only about my current issues but also potential problems. I was offered multiple treatment options. Dr Ide is great, after first adjustment made a big difference. As of now I am in 2 weeks of treatments and I can say my quality of life improved greatly. I feel my posture is better and I have no discomfort in my neck any more. My conclusion is, do not wait untill you are in pain, if you feel some discomfort a few visits here can prevent a lot of troubles in the future.
