Anyone whose had a bad hair cut can relate to the concern you have when looking for a new stylist. After not having a professional cut for a couple of years on my curly hair, I searched for someone with good reviews. I wasn't able to find anyone local, so I drove an hour and forty minutes to have Laura cut my hair. The receptionist were personable and welcoming. I appreciated the relaxed, down to earth atmosphere of the salon and the other stylist that worked there. (I hate when you walk into a salon and you can smell the pretentiousness radiating from the staff.) Laura was great. She was friendly, she listened and gave my hair her full attention. I'm happy to have found a new stylist that I can trust!

they were amazing and all super nice. Mallory did an excellent job on my hair! the color turned out nice and she put some pretty curls in my hair.

Laura made my curls look like I've never seen before! Absolutely outstanding. She taught me about my hair and gave me ideas for how to manage my hair. She didn't judge me about what products I used at home or the state of my hair going into the appointment being that I'm growing out my undercut. And lastly she didn't make me feel like my hair was not curly enough or too curly like previously salons! I will definitely be going back!

Hailey did a great job on my short pixie cut. I've been struggling to find the right hair stylist. Hailey listened to what I wanted and took her time. She is very reasonably priced as well. I recommend this salon. I had a great experience.

I've been going to see Megan for years now and she always does an exceptional job. From high lights, low lights, gray blonde to cuts....I've been happy with each visit. She can accommodate my work hours which is a benefit since I work an hour away from Fenton. I would highly recommend her for your hair services!!

Worst damage to my hair ever! Won't provide box of product they used on my hair. Ordered a keratin treatment (soft, smooth, silky hair), received one that destroyed my hair. Several stylists I've consulted with are alarmed at how kinky curly, dry, and the breakage of my hair from this product. Why would a salon refuse to show the customer what they used on them? Unable to repair...solution for the next year are cuts and wigs... Update: Went to exclusive salon downtown Chicago. The owner of this salon was shocked at the mess my hair has become from this service. In his professional opinion, the product used was NOT a keratin treatment, there is no neutralizing process, which was the 2nd step the stylists did to my hair--he felt this is more like what is done for a perm. In his opinion I was lied to--a really strong statement from another salon owner. Owner supplied complimentary professional product and direction to help get me through 6-8 months of trying to correct my hair.

Most comfortable salon experience I've had. From getting my nails by Lynne, to having Steve masterfully cut my hair, then being conned into a massage by Heidi... This is definitely where I go to pamper myself.

The people are very nice and they make you feel very pampered! I love this place and I know most of the people there. Plus they are very welcoming and friendly people. I get my hair and nails done there a lot and you basically feel royal there. They do everything just right for your taste and if they don't they'll probably fix it for you. There is no doubt that they know what their doing. They are very talented people and work really hard. So what I'm trying to say is that they really are the best!!
