“I needed A repair to one of my outside faucets. I had been negligent one year and left an attachment on my faucet through the winter. It froze on the faucet and I was never able to remove it. I was sort of able to continue to use it. But it was becoming more unsatisfactory. There was leaking and hooking up my hose to the old attachment I'd left on was not working so well anymore.
