Amanda and team went above and beyond in ensuring that they did the job they had said they would do, at the price at which they said they would do it. They performed robust quality control checks, and detected and fixed imperfections on their own. Our house is more comfortable because of the work they did (e.g., lower temperature difference between first and second floors). When we bought our house, the calculated maximum heat load was ~60,000btu/hr. After all the insulation work we got done (including some with other contractors), it is now <50,000btu/hr.
My recent experience with Ecotelligent Homes was exceptional. The project started with an energy audit and finished with new insulation in the attic and in the crawl space. Brandon did a great job of explaining the energy audit findings and presenting solutions to the issues. They were explained in easy-to-understand terms and he was able to answer all of the many questions I asked. I committed to most of his recommendations. Ecotelligent Homes worked with me to resolve drafts and extreme heat in the upstairs bedrooms. They explained every step of the process and answered any question. After following their recommendations and having them perform the work there is a much noticeable improvement in room temperatures. Their staff was polite and professional and all work was done well. They left the house spotless when they finished.
