First, Michelle (Guest Service Rep) was/is awesome! She took care of me and my family and was very nice every time we seen her. She gave premier guest service and if I had a government hotel in the area I would definitely compete for her employment. The rest of the crew were awesome and very helpful. One guy even took some heavy items from my wife and helped carry it upstairs. The maintenance guy was vested in our stay and the housekeeper was so nice! She gave me what we needed for our room and went out her way. Wish I knew her name so I could give a proper shoutout. Good job! This was our fourth time using this hotel for a family and community event, and they have been phenomenal every single time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The public areas are bright, airy, and welcoming, creating a great first impression for our guests.
One feature I especially love is the ballroom—it has a door to the outside and sunlight and is conveniently located right near the entrance, making it easy for guests to find and enjoy.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Booked it last second and had no regrets. The building as a whole is very pleasant and quite relaxing. Priced fair, clean room, and good location for our stay. I do recommend giving this hotel a chance over its competitors.
