I loved everything about my experience at Eastpointe Family Dental Center. Everyone thereβfrom the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Solwayβwas professional and very personable. I had to have an extraction, and Dr. Rebecca performed the procedure. When I tell you she is THEE BEST, believe me! She was confident and professional, yet so down-to-earth that I immediately knew I was in good hands. A couple days after my extraction, I asked them to take another look at the site to make sure everything was healing properly, and they got me in the very next dayβno problem at all. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return for my future dental needs.

The reason why is because the front desk has no knowledge of insurance at all. Every time I go through the same thing I have tell them I donβt have copayments I have two insurance. This been going on since I start going there I work in dental field for 25 years and I can tell no one in that office know anything about billing or have to bill. I will continue my service for ortho. I am already going to someone else for other stuff. They hire someone who knowledgeable with insurance they hired me I will come in work in office after hours and it together because he loose patients if he doesnβt find somebody who knows about front desk and billing.
