We started with James Edwards Builders just before covid. With the uncertainty of the market we pulled back our build, and Tom (owner) refunded our money no questions asked. Good man. Fast forward four years and were fortunate to be in the position to build our dream home! We selected James Edwards because he showed us his integrity when he refunded the first go around. I am exstatic to say that Tom delivered our dream home on time, in budget. During the design phase Tom and team were able to make changes to the design “in-house” which saved us a lot of money up front. We have been living in our new home built by James Edward Builders for 3 months and we are delighted with the finished product. Tom and his team were extremely knowledgeable about the entire process from design to finish. Such a pleasure working with a fair and honest man!

I would highly recommend James Edward Builders! They are professional but also treat you like family. They will help you from start to finish with all your questions and concerns about the building process and have many satisfied customers! I have personally seen some of their homes they have built over the years and that are currently for sale and can personally testify to their quality!
