If you read up on home building experiences from other people, you'll know that is not guaranteed. He worked with us on all of our wishes, gave his advice every time it could be helpful, corrected any misunderstandings that came up, put up with all of our pickiness about details, and built a beautiful, very high quality home, and we are beyond thrilled. We are in process of having a new house built by Tim Trebtoske, custom builder. He has a superb organization and coordination skills in addition to being competent, experienced builder. His work forces are quite impressive and family oriented. For example, his main team members/ family members: Mike, Chris, Jacob and Hunter are the most concientious and hard workers (with the highest standard). It is quite obvious they take a pride in their works, rather than just work to get paid, which can be translated to a quality built house for me. The most of his subcontractors are family oriented.
