I can't say enough good things about Mr. Pattereson and Windows Diverse Services: On time, great workmanship, and fair price. I have a house in the Bagley neighborhood, built in 1935. The handle on a crank window finally gave out, preventing me opening and closing the window. Finding someone to work on the old homes is not easy, but Mr. Patterson was up to the task. New hardware would not work so he basically refurbished the old crank, and even painted it to boot.I understand they also do gutter work. I am planning to call them this fall and have my gutters cleaned and repaired, too. Highly recommended.

We use this company every year for our windows. They price fairly, even on our old farmhouse windows. They are punctual and professional. They *know* us and comment on work we’ve done on the house, and are chill about areas that are hard to work on due to remodeling we’re doing. I love this company so much, and I love seeing the veteran pros training young workers for a viable profession.Service: Window washing
