    I ordered some flowers online for Mother’s Day. I went to go pick them up on Saturday and it was clear they were very busy. Many people working and many customers in line. When I finally got to the front of the line, my flowers were retrieved, but they were missing the custom ribbon I paid extra for. I brought this up and someone went to the back, got a ribbon, and asked me how I wanted to customize the ribbon. By this time there was a line of people standing behind me stretching out the door.
