I was the first person in the store at 10:00 a.m. when they opened. I didn't have an appointment and they still managed to let me get my phone fixed today. They had it fixed within 2 hours. Had to replace a SIM card reader which they had in stock because it is a Samsung phone and they are a Samsung certified repair shop. Very polite kept me up to date on all repairs. I only wish that they had at least cleaned the phone before they gave it back to me it look like a bunch of little kids had their hands all over it. He did give me a microfiber to wipe it off myself.

They were $150 cheaper than CPR and had my phone done within a couple of hours. Wish I had the gentleman's name to compliment him. Alpine store in Comstock MI. They are great, highly recommended!

I was given a free estimate on my tablet and it was necessary to leave it for a few hours to monitor it. I was called on time as promised, but I decided that since my unit was 6 years old I would be better off getting a new tablet than to put more money into the old one. Antonio was very gracious about my decision, saying he understood and that I could come anytime to pick it up. I have had other items repaired by them and have always been satisfied.
