Fantastic experience. My dog was displaying an odd range of symptoms. Even though they are no longer an emergency hospital, they were able to fit her in on Mother's Day. The facility was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It really couldn't have been better.

We love this place! We take both our dogs here and always enjoy the technician's and veterinarian's. We had one issue with our one dog's record's being misplaced and they couldn't have been more apologetic. I highly recommend this place. I do recommend that owner's research any supplements that are suggested before purchasing them here. Some you can purchase on Amazon for half the price.

I have been a customer of parkway vet for over 5 years. They have great customer service and truly a caring vet. I had to put down one of my bearded dragons and they were very thoughtful and caring through the whole process. The office is clean and organized. As far as vets for exotic animals go . . . Definitely recommend!

I remember taking my ferrets to this place for a check up and mr good doctor (had to be autistic) convinced us that our ferret needed X rays, and was sick and needed meds when he didn't, 1000$ down the drain, these people are sick and need help

I am giving Parkway a ONE STAR review because on NYE of 2023 my son's Guinea Pig got sick. When we noticed something was wrong with him, I called SEVEN different animal hospitals and NONE of them saw "exotic" animals. The ONE animal hospital that did treat exotic pets PARKWAY) website said they were open, even had the referring pet clinic check the website and they too saw that they were "open" until 10pm but when we got there they weren't. We drove all around looking for a vet or animal hospital and nothing. My son's very first petended up dying in his arms. I'm so mad at the Petco store for selling animals that can't get proper care and Parkway animal hospital for not being open when we needed them most.

Always willing to help me in emergencies and non emergencies. Fair pricing, clean facilities, excellent staff, and compassionate for every creature. Thank you Dr.Knapp & staff for giving all of my birds such excellent quality of life and care.

Buckle up this may be long:I’ve been going here for years. I’ve trusted the care of my pets in the hands of the Drs and the assistants.99% of the time I am greeted with a smiling friendly staff members at the desk. Sometimes calling can get hard getting through.The Employees truly do like their jobs.The drs. Will discuss pros, cons make sure you are comfortable with the medication. Do test ect.I go out of my way to bring my girls here for their nail trims. The assistants do a wonderful job even on my little one.I’ve had two cats cremated and they are very compassionate when it comes to the loss of your fur baby. They have a little private room that you can go in today good bye to your beloved pet.I have two senior dogs currently and they are giving them the best end of life care right now with medications, and the girls taking being gentle with their nail trims.

I would give them a zero, but that is not an option. I have waited WEEKS for an appointment to get an EKG for my pet. They called and texted asking me to confirm the appointment - WHICH I DID via a phone call!!! Then, the night before the appointment, I got a text message that they had canceled the appointment. When I finally got ahold of them, they refused to rebook the appointment. Further, the receptionist could be overheard telling someone I was "yelling at her". Heck, yes I was yelling because of pure incompetence!!! First, put yourself on mute per Customer Service 101 rules. Second, it's because all she kept saying was, "We contacted you multiple times". After I confirmed with her yes, I was yelling it was because she was not listening. It didn't matter how many times they contacted me - I had responded and CONFIRMED!!! NEVER take your pets here. If they are disorganized and cannot confirm a basic appointment, it's probably an indicator of how they care for pets. Incompetence at its best.
