I just left this location. Blonde older lady cut my hair. Name Chandra maybe. She cut my neck during the neck shave and didn’t say anything. I know she knew because she looked at it after she was cleaning off the access shaving cream. Now she is in her car on the phone and she was also when I walked in

Called to let them know I might be a couple minutes late to my appointment and the girl I scheduled with took someone else instead of giving me a few minutes to show up then took her time cutting someone else's hair ...I don't see a point in scheduling an appointment just to be ignored.

Finally got a hairstylist that gave me a really good haircut. Normally I don't really care that much and only get a cut after four months or so, but this time I really like the cut. So thanks! (Wish I could remember her name)

Goofy place. Called ahead to see if you need to make an appointment or walk in. She said walk in is fine (p.s. walk in is not fine, its better to make an appointment.) Go up there and they have a computer to log in, which is fine but none of the three gals acknowledge me. Sit down, after 20 minutes. I get told another 20 minutes, which I was fine with. 5 minutes go by and the only girl who told me 20 minutes said she can do me quick. I tell her its my first time at Lady Janes while she's doing my hair cut. Does it really fast and she asks if I want a back neck shave. Well yeah I'm paying 28 for a hair cut thats being rushed. I choose not to get the back neck shave because I don't want someone using a razor while they're rushing. Gave 2 stars only because it wasn't a bad looking haircut but for $28 to be rushed in and out after waiting so long was ridiculous. Eye brows are still bushy after too, nvm 1 star
