We had Servpro come out because the siding company we were working with didn’t want to deal with the black mold wood removal. We called Servpro and they were more concerned about the inside of our house which obviously was a problem. They came out and removed the mold on the wood and removed dry wall and floor inside our house. The only issue is that all the wood inside our house that was cleaned is all needing to come out because it’s falling apart on the outside. The thing that makes me upset is we stated multiple times we need them to come out and fix the outside. We called and called and kept getting told that the quote for the outside will be done in 2 days. We call back in 2 days they say we have no clue what you’re talking about. That person stated they are working on it and then 2 more days go by and still nothing. My husband called a week ago and they said we are on their priority list and they are gonna give us a quote in 2 days. It’s been a week and nothing. We called a new company and now we are on a schedule in less than a week. I would not recommend going with them for any outdoor work. I have no siding on my house for a month now because the siding company isn’t coming back til the wood is completed. I wish I would of went with this new company they whole time. So spent 2 grand for nothing very disappointed.
