My elderly father had an appointment here today and his experience was exceptional. He was treated kindly and courteously. Extra thank yous to the staff member who assisted him with picking out frames. He is often a tough customer, and he was 100% satisfied today and asked me to leave a review he was so pleased. Thank you rx optical!
I got fiberglass stuck in my eye. I called hoping for a recommendation instead they took care of my situation. Dr. Lynda Goeman was very professional and removed all the debris in my eye. I was also pleased with how friendly and welcoming the staff was when I checked in and out.
Not sure why all the negative statements. New to the area and my daughter suggested Rx to me. Very friendly staff and the Dr. Was very good and took the time to answer all my questions. I haven't got my glasses yet, but I'm sure they will be perfect. Keep you posted.
