Very professional and pleasant to work with. Because of my small ear canal a custom ear bud was made and it fits perfect. It was worth seeing professionals as opposed to buying over the counter. Would definitely recommend them.

They were fantastic! I have been getting adjustments for weeks and still couldn’t get it right at my usual place. Needed the domes replaced because they were too big and she readjusted my settings and they are perfect!! Super friendly and great service!! I will definitely return if I need another adjustment!!
