I had a telephone call with one of the doctors she was very polite respectful. I was so haa as pot I didn’t have to go to the facility the doctor was able to prescribe the medicine I needed. Thank you Canton Urgent Care.

So I actually really like this urgent care usually. I've been coming here for years, but today I was turned away after waiting in line for over 5 minutes. After they finished checking in the patient in front of me, the provider came out and turned me away stating they stop seeing patients at 7:40pm. It was 7:38pm and I had been standing there since almost 7:30pm. This has never happened to me before. I have called before and have been told as long as I am in the urgent care by or before 7:40pm, they will see me. This was really disappointing and seeing that I had been told differently before, maybe there should be a little more consistency between staff/providers. Thanks.

I’ve used Canton Urgent Care many times over the years. Most recently, knew something more than usual allergies was going on. Walked in. Waited no more than 5 minutes before being walked back for vitals and was in exam room immediately following. There after less than 5 minutes, practitioner was in and we had a thorough discussion of symptoms and exam. Out the door and on to feeling better within 40 minutes total. Would recommend this office for urgent need.
