My wife an I are proud to share our story and the exceptional job that salesman Christopher and craftsmen Adam a Nick did for us installing our gas fireplace stove.
After Christopher recommended the gas fireplace stove at their very nice store. Christopher and Rob arrived at our home to discuss his bid for installation. They practically did the job in their minds observing the access, hookups, and venting. Took many pictures to discuss with his craftsmen.
Christopher explained each step and its possible cost reassuring that if the materials not needed will come off the final bottom line bill.

We had a Kuma stove installed in our 2 1/2 story farmhouse. From purchase to installation the crew at Cherry Valley is extremely helpful and knowledgeable walking us through the process each step of the way. Highly recommend this company!
Absolutely love our new Jotul gas fireplace. Nickolas was highly knowledgeable and professional and explained everything clearly. Took care to protect our floors in our new home and cleaned up his workspace quickly. Even with my daughter, being curious about it all, interrupting him repeatedly. ?.
