Lori is not only a talented stylist, she puts thought into the comfort and beauty of her salon and is someone who, despite meeting for the first time, makes you feel at home. To top it off, she listened and asked questions to understand what I was looking for in a cut. Despite choosing a totally new style and being a new client, she nailed it. Well done, Lori!

I work for a/c company and needed roof access to work on their a/c for summer maintenance. Spoke with other two in there and they were completely rude! I wouldn’t let me ex girlfriend get any thing done at this location!! Horrible customer service!

I started going to Lori about 3 years ago. I was scared because she was new to me and I was going in for a very drastic change. 14-16 inches cut off actually. She made me feel beautiful which I hadn't felt in a very long time. She was very professional and took all the time I needed in order to choose my new drastic look and feel comfortable. She is a great hair stylist and she actually listens to what I want and honest if my hair won't do What is shown in pictures I bring. As far as the last that complained about the phone call she made, all I can say is I have NEVER experienced anything of the sort from Lori. I l do know she has had some issues with her new phone set up but that has nothing to do with her as a person or stylist. Thank you Lori for always making me look and feel fabulous.
