I’ve been seeing Stephanie for almost a year. She always does a great job with my haircut and eyebrow tint/shaping. She doesn’t hesitate to guide me to the correct cut, not necessarily the one I think will work.

Had appointments scheduled for weeks for both of my kids. They were counting down the days. We drove to their appointment, and we were told that Jody didn't come in today. Nobody even attempted to contact us. My kids were so disappointed. We went elsewhere.

Sent my cousin here so she could get hair done for her prom next week. Good side: Good vibe. Everyone was friendly. 2 stars were for these reasons. Now onto the bad side. 1. The stylist didn't discuss the price with my cousin prior to service. She only knew I would be charged with "this much" after everything was done. Overall, very bad communication for the business. I couldn't blame this only on the stylist because my cousin didn't question, either. However, I felt it'd be more appreciate if my cousin was acknowledged with the cost for her hair. And if you are curious to know, yes, they overchaged for it. 2. She wanted an ombre dye (I think it was called balayage - forgive me for my hair knowleged, lol). Even showed the stylist an inspo pic for the style she desired. The work was awful, and I believed the stylist already knew it was in the process of completing the work, yet had the courage to let my cousin know "her hair was a mess". Her hair didn't show the ombre style, more like the stylist dumping a whole bucket of blonde hair color on her. My cousin went back to me crying because that wasn't what she wanted but it was too late to have it fixed, as she had somewhere to go after. The stylist could've done a better job, but unfortunately they already lost their potential customers.

Visited JT salon today as a walk in. Having a baby soon and wanted to get my hair cleaned up. They immediately got me in and were so extremely kind! I loved the environment and it easily felt like home. You also can’t beat the prices. I can’t remember the woman’s name that cut my hair, but she was so sweet, did a fantastic job and was very fast. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon!

I went in today for the first time. I recently moved to this area and have been putting off having my hair done because it’s SO hard to find a good stylist. Jenny did my hair and did an AMAZING job, I LOVE it! The cut, color and highlights and perfectly done and at a very reasonable price. The salon is clean and comfortable (coffee and water provided) and everyone was SO friendly. Thank you Jenny so happy to have found my new stylist!
