In the past 11 years I have bought or sold 6 lakefront properties in northern Michigan.....David has been involved in all 6. I cannot say enough about David’s integrity, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I felt that I had the information I needed to feel good about the transaction (buy, sell or walk away). This ranged from the bare minimum of providing extensive market based comps to introducing me to contractors/experts based upon any open or unanswered questions about the property (and being on hand during the discussions). I would not enter into a transaction in northern Michigan without consulting David first and would highly recommend...read full review
David Beek did another fabulous job of helping us locate and close on our 3 house in the Boyne City area. David is very knowledgeable of the area geography. He is thorough and helps with due diligence issues. I highly recommend David if you are looking for a house in the area
