Amazing massage!The owner was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my areas of concern. Not only did i get the best massage but i was provided streaches that can help elevate the stiffness on my own. I will be booking again.
I had never had a massage before trying AfterEffect. A friend recommended I give it a try after I was experiencing some persistent aches and pains.Ryan took the time to ask me about my activity levels, stretching habits, injuries, and what was bothering me. The setting is clean and inviting. Ryan did a great job! My shoulders and back are feeling much better, and his advice on stretches is really helpful between appointments. Highly recommend!
