Chartier has been wonderful, we bought a home with baseboard water heat, which we had never had before so when it didn't work Jim came by and taught me about it and got us set up for a warm home. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Definitely would recommend!

Kevin and Zach came to my house today to replace a hot water heater, replace another valve, and removed some old galvanized that was replaced with copper line. They were both very professional, friendly, and courteous. They cleaned up after their work. I would recommend Chartier and Sons to anyone. They did an excellent job!

I am so impressed with Chartier and Sons. We called this morning in a panic because our very old water heater started leaking. They came out by 12 to check it out and had it replaced for us by 3. Excellent and affordable service!
