Dr. Glass is highly skilled, explaining procedures clearly, and providing painless treatments. Patients appreciate the courtesy and service, recommending the practice highly and willing to travel for their appointments. The staff are friendly and helpful, with patients being called back in a timely manner. The hygienist is described as awesome, and the cleaning is done efficiently with some breaks for small talk, which helps build relationships. The atmosphere is filled with kindness and positivity, as everyone genuinely strives to make patients feel comfortable and welcomed. The culture is incredibly uplifting and supportive, with each person contributing to this vibrant environment.
Did you ever think that going to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience. If not then you've never been to Glass Family Dental. From the moment you enter the atmosphere is different. Friendly, comfortable, welcomed. My dental hygienist, Melinda, provides such gentle yet thorough care. The most comfortable cleaning that I've had in my 70 plus years. Impressive! Dr Glass, both of them, provide compassionate comfortable care. I feel blessed that I have found this dental office. The front office staff is beyond reproach. I can't even put into words what this establishment means to me. I have had many terrible experiences with other dentists, but I will tell you that Glass Family Dental truly does treat you like one of the family. Dr. Glass put me at ease the first time I visited, and I never felt judged about my teeth. Trust me it wasn't pretty. Every person I came into contact with was super sweet and caring. I was blown away. I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you so much Dr. Glass and the girls. You changed my life for the better, and gave me a great smile again. Hands down, BEST dental office in town! Great experience with front desk staff. Front desk staff are quick to respond to my questions and follow up timely when an immediate response is not available.
Now, let’s talk about Dr. Michael Glass: During my recent visit my 4yr old was with me and asked questions about the services I was receiving. Dr. Glass immediately picked up on how my son loves to learn and is very inquisitive. Without hesitation, he immediately lowered the chair and began to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and how it was going to help mommy.
