They’re always right on time. Once you sign in you’re back in the room, have been seen by the doctor and out the door within 40 minutes or less. What a great change of pace. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been extremely friendly. They smile and know exactly what they’re doing. So glad I found you guys.
As a new patient, they were able to get me in on short notice. Check in procedure was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bautti listened treated me. He explained everything he was doing and listed to me. He addressed all my concerns.
It had been years since I was in for a skin check. So thankful that I came in as something abnormal was discovered. The office called me with my results and offered a surgical date for the next day. John the MA and Dr. Buatti did a great job during my procedure to both educate me on the surgical process, make sure I was comfortable, and then remove the troublesome area. We are very used to coming here for my son’s preexisting medical condition too and each time the care is top notch.
