Their dental service program is efficient & professional. Recently in need of emergency care & the experience was positive & successful. Will be returning for further care. Shout out to Artie(intern in denistry) for her compassion & excellent dedication. All the staff were pleasant, caring & welcoming.
My Dad lives in Hillman and we’ve had the most amazing experiences with the staff at the Thunder Bay Community Health Service. Thank you for making difficult times so much easier. ❤️
I would not recommend TBCH. I suggest bringing someone with you at your appointments or ask permission to record your appointments. I attend my appointments alone. Doctors are not caring about my health. If someone was with you, etc, then doctors would do their job better and treat you better maybe. 🛑 My current doctor diagnosed & writes my numbness off without ordering a test to check it last year.👎👎 It makes it harder for me to to trust my provider to put my health in his hands. It's upsetting! I hoped thingd approve—but he mixes up his LEFT/ RIGHT. I was having some LEFT abdominal discomfort. On the paper we receive after our appointment, it had RIGHT. It's not the first time. It's something to be concerned about because I don't want to be diagnosed wrong. 😡👎 🍀 At some point, I couldn't see my primary doctor at the time. I made a last minute appointment with a different doctor. I was trying to ask a question about a weird feeling in my chest on the left side near my heart. The doctor cut me off, he told me, "One health problem at the time." He did not let me finish my question. That was uncalled for. If I had serious issues in my chest area, I'm not pleased how he brushed me off like that. 😡👎 🌸 I feel a good doctor listens to what their patient has to say and asks. Not any of what I've described above. I should be able to feel comfortable with my primary doctor. I don't. It's truly frustrating. And everything is with my health issues with the numbness and pain. 🌺 At Thunder Bay Health Clinic in Rogers City, on November 3rd, I had an appointment with my primary physician. I asked about counseling. My doctor was going to get me a list of counselors, he never did. Couple weeks later, I stopped by in person & asked one of the front desk ladies what will it take to see a counselor. She was going to set me up an appointment RIGHT AWAY. I told her I'll think about it. Next day, I recieved a phone call from Thunder Bay about setting up an appointment. I said "I'm undecided" on getting an appointment scheduled. She was going to write a note back to my doctor. It took 2 weeks after my appointment on November 3rd to receive a phone call about counseling at Thunder Bay Health Clinic. Yet, I was able to schedule an appointment BEFORE that call. It makes me feel someone is not organized over there. 😕👎
