Enjoying this place is contingent on who is working. The challenge I see is they are trying to rally new customers in while recruiting. Their balance is close, service on average is wonderful and they need a plan when the customer is impacted by conflicts. They are young and do not quite understand the ramifications. So I do hope they can figure this part out sooner rather than later. I am asking customers and employees to leave suggestions for your management group. I know they are working hard. I go once a month for a 60min massage, with various add ons like aromatherapy, massage gun, stretching, etc from a set of coupons I got since I signed up for a membership during their opening week events. Front desk folks are nice, scheduling is easy and convenient (I do it through the app and can usually get my first choice date/time slots), and price/value is not bad with the membership. The massages can be a bit inconsistent depending on who you get, but I've tried a few different people now and have a couple that I plan to continue to book with (and a couple that I probably won't). The staff was all super nice and the front desk was very helpful in answering my questions. The wait wasn't too long and the place was very tidy. Jennifer did such a good job on my massage, looking forward to my next visit!
