We feel we are in good hands with PVESC.
Dr. Charbonneau spent plenty of time with us, going over his findings and discussing options for our dog's care.
Also, Becca has been so great to work with, and remembered us from our last dog who used to see another specialist.
She has always been very helpful from scheduling to the appointments. She is personable, knowledgeable, super helpful and overall terrific!
We also appreciate the discharge instructions which are incredibly helpful. Visits can be stressful, so a summary afterwards is priceless.
Hobbes took to Dr. Charbonneau right away, which is VERY unusual for him. Dr. Charbonneau & the staff patiently & thoroughly discussed Hobbes' medical history & condition with me, & they acted immediately to determine a diagnosis & treatment plan. I wish that I had followed Hobbes' Veterinarian's suggestion to see Dr. Charbonneau earlier. The vet tech, receptionist (though I believe he does much more than greet people), & doctor were friendly, professional & invested in doing their best for Hobbes. My Ridgeback got amazing care at PVESC. The staff was gentle and kind with her and the vet and his recommendations really helped her feel better. She was diagnosed with SLO and we had soo many questions and everyone was very knowledgeable and patient. I was very happy with the care my dog received and highly recommend them.
