Carla and the MCC (Maine Cremation Care) team were very professional. I highly recommend them. Carla navigate me through the ins and outs very well and made a challenging situation go smoothly. She also has quite a sense of humor and as we agreed, it is helpful to have a sense of humor considering the circumstances. We even concluded our transaction with a hug. Great company...great people.
