Horrible customer service - called and booked an appointment- the barber let everyone who came after me get a cut first as they were from the same country as him. Made me wait 2hours plus - very unprofessional would not reccomend
Terrible experience barbers go and smoke every 5 minutes. Was ignored for an hour before I got up and just left as I wasn’t being respected as a person. Shop is extremely loud and overcrowded although their are no clients getting their haircut.
so unprofessional and very dirty... piles of dust on the shelving when you first walk in. trash overflowing in all the receptacles and hair/trash everywhere on the floor. people smoking in the shop. 2 Barbers that was there very unfriendly and lack customer service. waited 4 and a half hours to get a cut. called before I went in... the guy on the phone said they only do walk ins I get there and they basically was turning people away saying they only did appointments. after waiting hours they said they was closing. said he would cut my hair if I paid an extra 40 on top of the 40 dollar cut. just all around horrible experience.Service: Haircut
