No wonder Back Cove has the highest rating on Yelp. If I could, I’d give more stars. The staff and vets are very friendly. I have autism so them smiling a lot helps me understand how they’re feeling. I’d like the waiting room to be more “homey” but I’m not deducting stars for that since I care more about the treatment.

I have been lucky enough to bring my Labrador version of Joan Jett here for the past 2 years or so. Emmy the dog does not necessarily get along with other dogs, because of her punk rock attitude, and as such, she is always granted backstage access upon arrival. the staff is excellent and they always address any concern with a sense of urgency, and give very precise information with regard to her well-being, in a timely fashion. I have yet to have any bad experience here and I can't say enough about the care and diligence of anyone who has dealt with my dog and I. In particular, Dr Cohen has been excellent, and I can't stress how caring and compassionate these people are. thank you so much for everything you do!
