These guys are great. My dealer where I got my stove originally doesn’t really service stoves and chimneys due to staffing issues and is no longer open weekends. I had a problem with my stove on the weekend so I called these guys up. They were great at talking things through on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for servicing. The service techs were kind and knowledgeable, as well as pet friendly with my dog and cat. Will be utilizing them for services from here on out!

I came in never after driving by many times. Warm and comfortable inside and the displays are amazing. The customer service was top tier. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking into different heating options.
