They even took off their shoes and vacuumed when they were done. This was the most straightforward home upgrade experienced, with Cam and the team handling the efficiency rebate well before the install date. The installation was under 5 hours with absolutely zero issues. They have lovely customer service, very reasonable prices, and excellent staff. Their installation team was informative, detail-oriented, and efficient, and they were wonderful about explaining the process and taking care of all the details regarding Efficiency Maine rebates.

The office staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, making the scheduling process simple and stress-free. When the technician arrived, he was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what he found, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the issue and the solution.
