They rarely ever answer calls. When you leave voicemails, they hardly ever respond. Also, I was told they refuse to see my puppy after some missed appointments. However, they didn't answer the phone to let me tell them i needed to cancel. Ridiculous.

Do not trust the staff.. they are not competent and did not ensure our 15 year old sweet, loyal and forever faithful golden doodle ashes were returned to us .. we are beyond consolable
