In 2014 we had shingles put on. In 2020 the shingles started falling off in many spots. roof leaked and caused water damage. Was told the company went under new management plus past the 5 year labor warranty So no way to get damage refund. 2021 Another company looked at the job done and said it was awful, they are upset we are going through this. They cannot do a patch job because SO many shingles have fallen off. Will need to replace whole roof. In 6 years a 20 year investment out the window. I do not recommend them at all. I agree with what the other reviewer wrote, the company Mike and Jeff run are Augusta Home Improvements not Phoenix. definitely sounds like something...read full review
