Scott and Sons Appliance Repair & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Amazing response and communication, quick service, this place is all about customer service. Had an issue with my washing machine and GE doesn't service my area. He was here in a day and done in 15 minutes! I immediately put his contact info in my phone because, I have a new appliance repair guy!

Had Scott and Sons come out to our home to work on a broken ice maker in our refrigerator. Jeff and his son Zach showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and had the replacement part with them so as to do the job in one visit.

Jeff and Zach are very professional and extremely courteous and friendly.

I would fully recommend them. They did a wonderful job . They arrive at the scheduled time and call ahead to let you know that they're coming. They are very knowledgeable about the appliances they service. They answer any questions completely so that you understand. They also are very pet friendly. This to me was important as I have a number of pets. They make sure that doors are shut and pets Don't Escape. After cleaning my dryer and replacing parts that needed replacement I immediately referred them to a friend of mine who also felt that they did a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed.
