It's hard to find a doctor that's not only good, but has a good bedside manner. Doctor Phu has been helping me for about 8 years now and has helped me with several issues. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciate. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health, rather than the most profitable option.

The facility was not transparent with the fact they used all the physical therapy sessions that my insurance covers in a year. Not to mention they were using the wrong protocol for my recovery. They told me I couldn’t drive or run for months when my surgeon had cleared me to do so. I’m now out of sessions for the rest of the year and it’s only April and I’m unable to pivot, run or jump. I’m an athlete who suffered an ACL injury, so to be four months postop, and not have that mobility, diminishes my ability to play again in the future. I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. As healthcare providers, they should not use all your sessions up for one injury because now, if I get hurt at any other point this year, I don’t have any coverage. Just unprofessional and did me a disservice. Treated me for months but did not put in a place physically to return to activity which is there whole purpose?!?!?

My experience with Gregory Dailey PT has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. I had a wonderful experience with Gregory almost 2 1/2 years ago and I received excellent care and a quick healing. Currently, when I needed care again, I requested Greg. My experience this time around is wonderful also. Gregory gives 1st class treatment. His calm, caring, professional mannerisms, let you know that his patients are his #1 concern to get each patient back to normal in a healthy, and safe way. Thanks Greg for all that you do.
