Kim is very friendly and they have good customer service. I own a first aid and safety company, Alpha Bravo First Aid, and I had Kim file my business and personal taxes. I received my refund from the IRS quicker than ever.They have a great online tool where you can securely upload documents without needing to visit in person.
We have been a customer of Jones, Lakin & Company since the fall of 2016. They have been very responsive and knowledgeable and have assisted us in all aspects of accounting needs. Not only did they assist us in setting up our corporation and getting the various Federal and State permits and licenses, but they also helped us with setting up our accounting package, merchant accounts and payroll system, as well as doing the year end tax preparation for both corporate as well as personal taxes.
