I need personal training. I wasn't finding the motivation after 2 years of hanging off the edge of the wagon of health & fitness. Flip Yours is a personal training and coaching facility that really caters to your needs as a client. She's a health coach and nutrition specialist and a great motivator. Her personal training sessions are small and depending on what time you sign up, you could potentially end up with a one-on-one. I would highly recommend this training facility.
Cari is an incredible motivator and an even better health coach. I would suggest her to anyone who wants to have a stronger focus on health or to anyone who simply wants to learn about what a healthy lifestyle entails
Coming up on a milestone birthday and wanting to get my health under control. Finally as blood pressure kept going up, cholesterol and weight were all spinning out of control, I decided I had to do something. I went online searching for something, just not sure what. Then I found Flip Your Dog and Cari! So glad I sent that email this past July! Cari is tough yet encouraging, pushes me yet makes sure I am not hurting (in a bad way, lol), and is always there to answer any and all questions, exercise, nutrition, whatever you can think of, she is there for you.
