Katie is wonderful and does a great job with our dog. Our dog Ginger loves Ms Katie and is happy everytime we go see her to get groomed. Ginger comes home smelling so good and clean with a cute bandana. Highly recommend!!!!!
Our rabbit needed immediate care and none of the vets around us were able to see us on such short notice. We got a last minute appt at Feathers Scales & Tails and, even though we are not returning patients, the entire staff were warm and patient with us. They were compassionate in their handling of our bunny boy and patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions. We left with a whole gambit of medications to keep him stable until we could get in to see our regular vet, as well as a plan for what we should investigate next. They were absolutely fantastic with my boy this morning! They were very gentle, kind, and patient with him. They also explained everything very thoroughly to me and made sure I understood what was going on with him. I would recommend them any day of the week. We have officially found our vet for all of our animals. They were also quick with diagnosis and they gave him the same amount of love and care that I do. Thank you to the very kind staff all around here.
