My duck was attacked by a fox and they got me in same day. Vet tech was very knowledgeable and helpful, Dr.Kellar was also great.

Our rabbit needed immediate care and none of the vets around us were able to see us on such short notice. We got a last minute appt at Feathers Scales & Tails and, even though we are not returning patients, the entire staff were warm and patient with us. They were compassionate in their handling of our bunny boy and patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions. We left with a whole gambit of medications to keep him stable until we could get in to see our regular vet, as well as a plan for what we should investigate next. We have moved around a lot and seen quite a few different vets and I can assure you that the pricing here is exceptionally reasonable, especially for a vet & staff who not only see exotics but are clearly well versed in their care. If we lived closer, this would definitely be our preferred vet. I am so, so grateful for the staff at Feathers Scales & Tails because without you all I'm not sure our sweet Toast would have made it through the weekend 🧡 thank you so much!

Katie is wonderful and does a great job with our dog. Our dog Ginger loves Ms Katie and is happy everytime we go see her to get groomed. Ginger comes home smelling so good and clean with a cute bandana. Highly recommend!!!!!

They were absolutely fantastic with my boy this morning! They were very gentle, kind, and patient with him. They also explained everything very thoroughly to me and made sure I understood what was going on with him. I would recommend them any day of the week. We have officially found our vet for all of our animals. They were also quick with diagnosis and they gave him the same amount of love and care that I do. Thank you to the very kind staff all around here. Edit : I woke up yesterday to find his eye like that. He scratched it 😭
