This clinic has been caring for our dog for a few years, and we’ve always felt they truly have his best interest at heart. When the time came to say goodbye, the compassion and gentleness of the entire staff meant everything to us. They treated him with love and respect, and gave us all the time we needed to be with him in his final moments. Their kindness made an incredibly hard day a little more bearable, and we’ll always be grateful for the way they cared for him throughout his life.
I can't recommend Muddy Creek Animal Hospital enough! The staff here is so warm and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Merton has been incredible with our dog, Radar. She was thorough, kind, and truly compassionate when diagnosing his medical issues. It was clear she really took the time to understand his symptoms and provide the best care. I especially appreciated how she followed up with a personal phone call to check on his progress – it made all the difference in ensuring Radar's well-being. While we’re not regular patients here, they were there in our time of need. The staff are kind and helpful, the vets caring and thoughtful. Ultimately we had to make the decision to have our dog put down, which was not expected. Dr. Taylor was delicate about my feelings and was kind enough to provide a comforter for our pup to lay on while I said my good-byes. Knowing that she was comfortable and in good hands made this very heart breaking experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you to all!
