Mike is amazing! He is professional, affordable, timely and trustworthy. I first found Mike when I was out of town and my pet sitter complained of the heat not working and left!!! He came over and fixed the thermostat for me while I was out of town! I later had several issues with my AC that eventually ended up giving out and the whole system needed to be replaced. Mike always responded to me in a very timely manner and got the work done quickly and very reasonably priced. When it came to replacing the unit, he checked the warranty on my existing unit before I even asked, and did a quality installation. It’s reassuring to know that any time I have an issue, I have someone I can trust that will make it a priority to resolve the issue as soon as he can. I also felt like I could trust Mike at the house if I wasn’t able to be there while he did the work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Michael went above and beyond to help me. I had a major condenser/compressor issue as it has become a solid block of ice. I had 5 estimates from local contractors and he came in well below them. He was incredibly responsive to communication. He was both personable and professional. I won’t use anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!!

I called Homeland Heating and Air Conditioning with no heat and a tripped and broken breaker with below zero temps outside and my house was freezing. He called back quickly came over about an hour later, diagnosed the problem, fixed my heat and breaker within a few hours of meeting. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He saved the day! Very fair prices as well. I will recommend him to everyone I know in my area with HVAC issues, thanks again Mike, you’re the best!

Mike was awesome! I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone with cooling/heating needs. Mike was very prompt in responding to my service request (which was pretty late at night) and came out the next morning. Mike is awesome! I called him to tell him my issues with my home ac unit that I constantly have every year and he asked for couple pics and he immediately knew what the problem was. I told him can he squeeze me in before this crazy weekends 100 degree heat and to my surprise he did!!!! He ordered parts and came over and fixed it quickly. He definitely knows his stuff and doesn’t try to rip you off just cuz you’re desperate in this heat! He’s very personable and you can see the passion he has for his company and his customers. I Recommended him to everyone!!

I have to say homeland heating and air really came in for the WIN tonight!!! I reach out to my fellow Frederick group chat for recommendations and help. My HVAC system fan stop working, had people recommended this company. Michael each out to me and gave me a very quick response coming out at midnight to look at the issue. He knew exactly what was wrong. Got my unit up and working and less than 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and nice, I highly recommend this company definitely will be using them with any issues with heating, cooling and replacement in the future!!!

Clearly very knowledgeable, the second he looked at our old control unit he knew the system in and out and when we replace the system in the near future he'll definitely be our guy!
